Sealing Grout

Not only will sealing the grout help protect it, but it makes it easier to clean.
You can get grout sealer at Home Depot or Ace Hardware. It's a good idea to seal the grout as soon as possible for best results.
If the tile has been freshly installed, it is recommended that you wait 72 hours before apply grout sealant.
