Prescott Valley Community
Information & Links

Our community consists of three main towns and a lot of surrounding smaller ones. Given their close proximity, we consider Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, and Dewey as part of our main community.

We haven't forgotten Humboldt, Spring Valley, or Mayer (not to mention other local towns). We have been serving the smaller towns for years. We'd be glad to help you find or sell a home in those areas as well.

Having been around this area since 1979, I've seen it grow from 24,000 people to nearly 40,000 today. The drive from Prescott to I-17 used to be very long and boring with nothing in between. We now have 5 or 6 stop lights and a lot homes and businesses on Highway 69.
